First, check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi and the microphone isn't muted. Try restarting the device by unplugging it for 30 seconds. If issues persist, recalibrate voice recognition in the app settings or contact our support team.

How do I update my device's software?

Most updates happen automatically when your device is connected to Wi-Fi. You can also manually check for updates in the AI Life Solutions app under Settings > Device Updates. Critical security updates are pushed immediately.

Can I use your devices without an internet connection?

Basic functions work offline, but AI features, voice recognition, and app control require internet connectivity. Local automation routines and manual controls remain functional during internet outages.

How do you protect my personal data?

We use end-to-end encryption for all data transmission and process most information locally on your devices. Personal data is never sold to third parties, and you have full control over what information is collected and stored.

Are voice recordings stored permanently?

Voice recordings are processed locally when possible. Cloud-processed commands are automatically deleted after 30 days unless you specifically save them for training purposes. You can delete all voice data anytime through the app.
