Common questions about delivery

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not available, our delivery partner will leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day. You can also arrange to pick up your package from a nearby pickup point or reschedule delivery online.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are possible before your order ships. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional fees.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Due to the value and size of our AI devices, we require delivery to a physical address where someone can sign for the package. PO boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

All shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, don't accept delivery and contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent right away at no additional cost.

Can I track my order in real-time?
